About QC Cleaning Illawarra

Our History

QC Cleaning Illawarra is the local Illawarra connection for one of NSW�s largest, privately owned well established cleaning companies. QC Cleaning was founded in the 1960�s and has serviced greater Sydney and the Illawarra area ever since. QC Illawarra is the locally owned family operated offshoot of this long established company created to provide the local knowledge and personalized local service that is expected in our region.

All the staff of this local company are dedicated to providing every business in the Illawarra with an organization that puts quality of service as its number one priority. Twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, one of our senior staff is always available to solve any issues that may arise.

Our Clients

The service we provide our clients is second to none. The needs and requirements of every business are different and our aim is to provide the individual attention to each client to ensure that their needs are met. To do this our clients communicate directly with the supervisor about staff requirements and the company director about their issues and needs. This simple, direct method ensures that any issues or changes to needs are acted on quickly and efficiently.

Our Staff - John Dunning

John Dunning is the company director and comes with a service and accounting background. He attended local schools and then obtained an accounting degree during the infancy of Wollongong University. He has been involved in a variety of business activities and customer service has always been seen as one the main priorities to running a business successfully.
